Monika Chojnacka · dietitian

Change that fits into everyday life.

I help you look at your relationship with food, health and habits — calmly, without ready-made prescriptions or promises of quick results.

Sessions via Google Meet, Monday to Friday.

who it is for

Our work starts with your situation.

We can work together when food, health or daily habits begin to take up too much space.

  • Emotions and eating

When eating helps regulate tension or appears in difficult situations.

  • Hunger and fullness

When body cues are hard to recognise and trust in everyday life.

  • The all-or-nothing cycle

When restrictive diets repeatedly lead back to earlier patterns.

  • Health and individual needs

When you need dietetic support adapted to your health.

  • Eating disorders

When you have a diagnosis and work in parallel with the appropriate specialists.

  • Adults and teenagers 12+

A minor’s first visit takes place with a parent or guardian.

I do not provide specialist sports nutrition for professional athletes.

how I work

You do not receive a checklist to follow.

I combine dietetic assessment with a careful look at emotions, beliefs and the realities of daily life.

Understanding

An interview, your health and eating history, and education help us name the mechanisms at work.

Observation

We adapt self-monitoring and mindful eating to your readiness.

Action

We set small goals, analyse barriers and find a way back after setbacks.

Collaboration

I use elements of cognitive-behavioural techniques and motivational interviewing in relation to eating behaviours.

the process

We set the direction together and review it regularly.

Understanding your situation, taking action and assessing progress often happen in parallel.

Understanding the situation

Your interview, health and eating history, available test results and relationship with food.

A shared direction

Priorities, realistic goals and the right level of support.

Change in everyday life

Exercises, habits, emotions, mindful eating and individual guidance.

Review and adjustment

Observing progress and barriers, adjusting actions and consolidating change.

Sessions may take place weekly, fortnightly or less often. The schedule and duration follow your real goals.

During the session

  • we talk about eating, health and habits
  • we look at daily life and current difficulties
  • we agree on a direction and actions suited to your situation

After the visit, you receive an email

  • with a detailed summary and individual recommendations
  • with tailored materials, exercises and tasks
  • with any suggested tests, supplementation guidance and a proposed schedule

Between visits

Within the agreed scope, you may contact me by phone, text message, email or WhatsApp. I respond in the order messages arrive, usually on working days.

A visit is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy or crisis support. I use psychodietetic techniques only in relation to eating behaviours.

These channels are not intended for crisis support or medical intervention.

your first visit

Bring what you already have. We will decide the rest together.

You do not need a complete set of test results for the first session.

  1. Consider your needs

Think about what is difficult now and what you want from our work.

  2. Gather current information

Have any existing test results and relevant medical history ready.

  3. Complete the health form

I will send it after booking; it also asks about known conditions in your family.

  4. Read the terms

Review and accept the rules of working together.

  5. If the visit is for a teenager

The first session takes place with a parent or guardian and requires written consent.

Body measurements and food monitoring are not entry requirements. We introduce them when useful and when you are ready. If we identify tests needed for further work after the first visit, completing them becomes part of the next stage of our work.

FAQ

Common questions before booking a visit.

If your question is not answered here, call or email me.

01How long does a visit last?

Every visit lasts 90 minutes.

02How often do sessions take place?

Usually weekly, fortnightly or less often, depending on your needs.

03How long will we work together?

There is no single schedule. We decide the duration based on realistic goals.

04Where does the session take place and how do I get the link?

We meet via Google Meet. I send the link after we agree the time.

05Do I need all test results before my first visit?

No. Bring what you already have; we can identify any further tests after the session.

06What will I receive after the visit?

I will email you a detailed summary and individual recommendations. Depending on what we agree, it may include educational materials, exercises, tasks, suggested tests, supplementation guidance and an initial or target session schedule. These elements are included in the visit price; only an individual nutrition plan is charged separately.

07Can I contact you between sessions?

Yes. Within the agreed scope, you may call, text, email or use WhatsApp if a difficulty or question comes up. I respond in the order messages arrive and as my availability allows, usually on working days. These channels are not for crisis support or medical intervention.

08How do visits for teenagers work?

I work with people aged 12 and over. A minor’s first visit takes place only with a parent or guardian and requires the legal guardian’s written consent. Later sessions may be individual or joint, depending on what is needed.

09Will I receive a ready-made meal plan?

Not automatically. I suggest an individual nutrition plan only after a visit and for clearly defined clinical needs. It is not a rigid app-generated menu, but a tool for learning to compose meals around your health, preferences and daily rhythm.

10How does a support visit for someone close work?

It can take place with or without the patient, always with their consent. Its purpose is to help parents, guardians, partners or other close people become a resource for the patient — not to discuss the patient without respecting confidentiality.

11How do payment and invoices work?

Payment is made by traditional bank transfer before the visit, using the details sent by email. I send an invoice for the relevant payment when requested by email.

12How can I reschedule or cancel?

A visit can be rescheduled up to three times. Cancelling a paid session by the preceding day may result in a refund on request; cancellation on the day may mean no refund. A paid session that was not cancelled can be booked again within 30 days of its original date. The full rules are in the terms.

13Is our work only about changing body weight?

No. We work on health, your relationship with food, habits and everyday functioning.

14Do you work with people with eating disorders?

Yes, alongside a doctor, psychotherapist, psychiatrist and other professionals as needed.

Monika Chojnacka, a dietitian providing online visits

about me

I have worked with patients since 2019.

I am a dietitian and place a strong emphasis on a psychodietetic approach.

I look at eating in the context of health, emotions, relationships and everyday possibilities. I value an empathetic relationship, realistic goals and actions we can review and adjust.

When needed, I work in parallel with a doctor, psychotherapist, psychiatrist and other professionals involved in the patient’s care.

the 23 mark

Change, balance and growth.

The mark is inspired by watercress. Water and plants are a reminder that lasting change grows from its foundations and needs space.
